The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is organized into institutes focusing on production engineering, energy and process engineering, as well as design and development. In these fields, qualified professors teach and conduct research in their respective areas of expertise. They are supported by research associates who pursue their own projects and are actively involved in teaching. Staff members in administration and technical services make an important contribution to the smooth operation of research, teaching, and organization. Through the close collaboration of all employees, the faculty plays a key role in advancing science and practice across the diverse fields of mechanical engineering.
